DIGITAL BULLETIN

Church This Week

Sunday, October 11, 2026 • 10:00 AM

Everything you need for Sunday worship and the week ahead.

Welcome, Guests

Whether you’re vacationing nearby or call the area home, we’re glad you’re here. Please complete a Communication Card from the pew and place it in the offering plate. After worship, join us in the Grange Hall for coffee, refreshments, and conversation.

What to Expect

Come as you are—jeans, flannel, sandals, or a sport coat. Our worship is expressive, rooted in Scripture, open to the Holy Spirit, and shaped by the sacramental tradition. Prayer ministers are available each Sunday.

Reawakening Conference: The Freedom of Forgiveness
The annual diocesan-wide reawakening conference (October 23-24) is taking registrations with a 15% off price if registered through the church office. Are You Called to Leadership?

Home Churches are Up and Running
Two small groups are meeting each week. The Cheney home fellowship meets Mondays, while the Phillips fellowship meets Wednesdays. Visit both and which is right for you. For more information speak with Owen or Nancy.

Prayers available
Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up." James 5:14-15
Trained prayer ministers are available each Sunday to pray in the prayer alcove, to the right as you come up for Communion.

Taking Communion at Andover Community Church
The communion table is open to all baptized believers. The usher will invite you to receive. Bread is given by a priest, with chalices of wine and juice following. Wine can be either sipped or dipped, juice should only be dipped. Communion can be bread only. Those not receiving communion may approach the priest, crossing their arms across their chest, for a blessing. For those unable to come forward, the clergy will come to you after communing the church.

Opportunities to Serve
Media. Running slides on Sundays. See a team member in the back of church.
