Church This Week

November 16, 2025
10:00 am
Holy Communion with fellowship following

WELCOME GUESTS AND FAMILIES
We are a "three streamed" Anglican church with elements of sacrament, scripture, and Spirit woven throughout the service. Godly Play (for kids grades PreK - 6th), healing prayers, and Communion are offered each Sunday.

NOVEMBER: INTERNATIONAL MONTH OF PRAYER FOR PERSECUTED CHRISTIANS
A prayer calendar for the Month of November will be available in the back of the church - each day to pray for a different hot spot in the world. Download or view the calendar  here.
Visit Voice of the Martyrs website here.
Watch a video describing the global ministry of VOM here
Be sure to see the special display on the bulletin board as you enter the Narthex.

ADULT CLASS: "TAKE A CLOSER LOOK" IS RESCHEDULED FOR NEXT WEEK, NOVEMBER 23
Adults are invited to take a "Closer Look" at the lectionary reading for the Adult Discussion Class, just after fellowship hour. Bring your Bibles.

RECEIVING COMMUNION AT ACC
All baptised Christians are invited to receive Communion, regardless of one's denominational affiliation. Bread is received with on hand cupped upon the other. Wine in the first chalice may be sipped or intincted (dipped) with bread, juice in the second chalice may be intincted only.  Bread alone is appropriate. Those choosing not to receive communion may approach the table with arms crossed over the chest and the priest will over a blessing.

ADVENT FELLOWSHIP WILL BE SOUPER
During the season of Advent, those providing fellowship are asked to offer soups and breads, instead of the "normal" offerings. This year Advent begins Sunday, November 30 (the Sunday after Thanksgiving).

PRAYER MINISTRY AVAILABLE AFTER THE SERVICE
We are a place that participates in the healing ministry of the Holy Spirit. Healing comes in all shapes and sized - from instantaneous to prolongs, from physical to emotional. Trained prayer ministers will be available after church for anyone desiring prayer.
