FEELING UNEASY IN CHURCH? TRY A SMALLER SERVICE

With COVID on the rise it's helpful to remember we have two services for those who feel they can't come to church. The 8:00 AM service has the same sermon as the 10:00 AM service, communion with no music. It lasts about an hour.

NO COFFEE FELLOWSHIP or BIBLE STUDY THIS WEEK

This week will be no after church coffee or Bible Study. Leadership is playing it safe with the spikes around the town.

KIDZ CHURCH ON HIATUS

The KidzChurch program is taking a break until the Spring. Kudos to Beth, Tracy, Lizzy, Raul, Jacob, Jeri, and Jason for making 2021 really fun and educational for the kids! There are seasonal activity books in the back of the church for your families - complete with pencils and stickers. If you'd like to be involved in brainstorming ideas for Spring and Summer, please see Pastor Bill.

CHRISTMAS EVE PUPPET MASTERS

Special thanks to our Christmas Eve puppeteers (Lizzy, Jacob, and Raul) for being the brains behind the good looks with Ruthie, Thaddeus, and Dog! Did you miss it? If so you can watch it here. Enjoy!

ANNUAL PARISH MEETING

The Annual parish meeting will be be held Sunday, January 30, just after the service. One service only this week, at 9:00 AM. This will be a time to celebrate the past year, and vote on budget items and leadership for the coming year(s). Come out and hear what God is doing through this congregation.

WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY: ISAIAH

Karen Williamson, Director of Women’s Discipleship at Christ the Redeemer, writes, "Many people don’t know how to study the Bible. We assume they do, especially if they grew up in the Church or have been in the Church for years, but they often don’t. We have to take the time to teach them how to rightly handle God’s Word.” Karen begins a zoom study on the Book of Isaiah February 2. More information on Karen and her passion can be found here.

PRAYER HIVE MEETING SWITCHES TO FRIDAY MORNINGS

Beginning January the weekly prayer meetings will be moving to 8:00 AM Friday mornings. These are rich times where we pray for the church, nation, and he world. All welcome to zoom in here.

2022 PROPOSED BUDGET

Vestry leadership is working hard to fine tune the 2022 propose budget. A work in process can be accessed through the Member's Portal here. We are encouraged to read it carefully, note changes (there are a few), and address Donna T. with your questions before the annual meeting January 30.

TRAGEDY IN WESTERN KENTUCKY

Earlier this week disaster struck the western Kentucky region with a massive tornado event. Whole towns, neighborhoods, and churches have been heartbreakingly affected. Lord have mercy. This Sunday we are inviting designated gifts on their behalf. If you would like to respond to the tornado tragedy in Kentucky, The Anglican Relief & Development Fund (ARDF) has provided ways to do that. You can give directly to them here, or designate checks to "Kentucky" and drop them in the plates in the church as you walk in.

MARCH FOR LIFE JANUARY 15

New Hampshire march for life is an all day event with full schedule here. Members of our church will meet on the capital's steps at 11:00 AM. For more information see Donna Kendrick on Sunday. Also see our church website page here.
